General Appearance: Wilshire's shaven head, pale complexion and white eyes is enough to unnerve anyone. He was the nuts and bolts of the Valley and was more interested in the work then the reward.
Role-playing tips: Wilshire was the quiet, loyal follower of Burbank. Rumor is that Del Rey was jealous of him and he may have had a hand in tipping off Joe about his impending assassination. Rumors aside, little is known about the mysterious albino, except that he had close ties to the same Military Connections that Burbank now has. He was killed by Joey Benzine along with a colleague during the attempted assassination. The guards found that his neck had been broken. Benzine was strapped to his bed at the time of the attempted killing. No one knows how he got the straps off.
