Description: In this course, I will assign you various tasks to accumulate the knowledge you need to start publishing. By the end of the course, you should have a notebook full of all the necessary contacts you need to get started. Where is the best place to look for artists? What are the pricing structures of various printers? What are good ways to obtain advertisers? Most of these answers are pretty straight forward common sense, but with my first hand knowledge of the pitfalls, I can steer you clear of some of the hazards and save you time and money in the long run.

What you will need: A notebook (paper or electronic), a phone and tenacity.
